Going from the market square along the Belfry (Halletoren) through the busy Wollestraat in Bruges, you come to a chocolate maker which you must not miss: Pralinette, a unique chocolate business.
In a sphere of white and ivory, you find Bruges' largest praline shop, where you can see the chocolates and filled chocolates being made freshly every day.
In the shop there is the workshop with the traditional melting cauldrons in which the chocolate is prepared.
